Margie Elizabeth Addis Walker

Roebuck – Margie E. Addis Walker, 85, died Thursday, September 13, 2012. Margie was born on August 8, 1927 to the late Babe and Essie Thomas Addis. She is survived by a son, Ralph Clint Walker (Sherry) of Blacksburg; four daughters, Annette Skelton (Charles) of Seneca, Jacqueline Leatherwood (Robert) of Woodruff, Vanessa Price (Ray) of Roebuck, Sandra Walker Davis (Clarence) of Smyrna; and a sister, Juanita Addis Horne of Roebuck. Margie was blessed with fourteen grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at Dunbar Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 PM, in the chapel, officiated by Reverend Doug Huntsinger. Interment will be in Heritage Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cornerstone Baptist Church Building Fund; 9480 U.S. 221, Woodruff, SC 29388.
