Bobbie Jean Richards Phillips

Spartanburg, SC- Bobbie Richards Phillips, 74, wife of Edward Lee Phillips, died Sunday morning, September 08, 2013 at home. Born May 25, 1939 in Woodruff, Bobbie Jean was a daughter of the late David Alexander and Rosa Bell Hall Richards. She was a graduate of Woodruff High School, class of 1957, and was a member of North Spartanburg Church of God. Bobbie Jean was the last survivor of her immediate family. She will always be remembered as a loving wife and mother; and one who loved to receive flowers. In addition to her husband, Bobbie Jean is survived by her daughter, Stacie DeLynn Phillips. The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 10th, 4:30-6:30pm at Dunbar Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 11th at 11:00am at the Dunbar Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will immediately follow in Greenhaven Memorial Gardens in Woodruff, SC.
