James Anthony "Tony" Orr

August 6, 1956 — June 29, 2015

Cowpens, SC- James Anthony Orr, 58, son of Katherine Eaker Lemmons and the late Hugh W. Blackburn, died unexpectedly on Monday, June 29, 2015. Tony is survived by two brothers, Richard and William Blackburn; two sisters, Sondra Wheeler and Linda Millwood; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Friday, July 3rd, 6:00PM at Emmanuel Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, 950 W Faris Rd, Greenville, SC.
