Michael E. “Mickey” Lawter Spartanburg, SC- Michael Eugene Lawter, 57, died Thursday, July 14, 2016 at his home. Born April 8, 1959 in Spokane, WA, Mickey was the son of Tru Muriel Parris Lawter and the late Daniel Warren Lawter. Mickey is survived by his beloved niece, Jennifer Bristow (John); and his sister, Sissy Smith. The family will receive friends from 2:00pm – 4:00pm on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Dunbar Funeral Home.
