Cynthia Pickard McCredie

Spartanburg, SC- Cynthia Pickard McCredie, 77, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at her home.

Born December 22, 1944 in San Diego, CA, she was a daughter of the late Frank Augustus Pickard and Carrie Neal Augustine Pickard. Cynthia was a member of The Episcopal Church of the Advent where she served on the Altar Guild. She was also a previous member of the Piedmont Civitans and the Colonial Dames. Cynthia was a graduate of Converse College.

She is survived by her son, Rob McCredie (Michelle) of Spartanburg, SC; her daughter, Charlotte McElrath of Hendersonville, NC; grandchildren, Harrison and Andrew McCredie; a brother, Frank Augustus “Rusty” Pickard, Jr. (Anne) of Colorado, and their children, William Pickard (Sarah) and Elizabeth Pickard.

The family will receive friends Saturday, May 14^th, 10-11AM at The Episcopal Church of the Advent. Funeral services will follow at 11AM.

Burial will be held in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
