James Moore

James “Jim” Phillip Moore, 61, of Spartanburg, S.C. passed away peacefully at home comforted by his wife and friends on August 20, 2021. Jim was born on February 29, 1960, in Gastonia, N.C. and was a loving husband, father, and dog lover. He greatly enjoyed gardening, the outdoors, and exploring and cooking new foods. Jim was preceded in death by his mother, Charlene Moore, and brother, Joseph Moore. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Moore, father, William Moore, brother Adam (Shawn) Robbins, sister Earlene (David) Leonard, four children: James (Jenn) Moore, Natasha Moore, Christian (Katie) Buchmann, and Karin Buchmann, and his beloved nieces and nephews. Jim also has 3 grandchildren, Gunner, Hunter, and Wynter Moore. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in honor of Jim Moore.
