James Roy “Sonny” Worley

Spartanburg, SC- James Roy “Sonny” Worley, 90, husband of Nancy Worley, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2023.
Born December 29, 1932 in Spartanburg, SC, Sonny was a son of the late Dewey Worley and Lila Steadings Worley.
In addition to his wife, Nancy, Sonny is survived by his daughter, Robin Zimmerman and her husband, Benny; granddaughter, Conner Zimmerman; great granddaughter, Harper Everett; two brothers, Bill (Faye) and Harry (Shay) Worley; sisters, Bobby Baytes and Nancy Littlejohn; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a sister, Betty Worley.
The family will receive friends Saturday, March 18th, 2:00PM at Roebuck Presbyterian Church in the fellowship hall.
The family will be at their respective homes.
