Linwood Earnest Sanders, Jr.

Linwood Earnest Sanders, Jr. of Spartanburg, SC passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. He was born in Spartanburg on February 21, 1969 to Janice Cudd Sanders and the late Linwood Earnest Sanders, Sr.

After attending Dorman High School, Linwood became a crane operator. He was employed with Tindall Corporation for 30 years. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Lin also loved his friends and family, spending as much time with them as possible.

He is survived by his mother, Janice Cudd Sanders; brother, Bryan W. Sanders; brother-in-law, Art Williams; niece, Allison Williams; nephew, Aaron “AJ” Williams; aunts, Carolyn S. Gilbert and Sheril Cudd; and uncles, Ronald Cudd and David Bastarache. Lin was predeceased by his father, Linwood Earnest Sanders, Sr.; sister, Lisa Williams; aunts, Rita Liles, Tamie C. Bastarache, and Evelyn S. White; and uncles, Kent Sanders and Carl Sanders.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00pm on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at The J.M. Dunbar Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 10:00am on Friday, May 24, 2024 in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
