Lisa Holcombe Dunn

Greer, SC- Lisa Holcombe Dunn, 55, passed away on Sunday, March 28, 2021 in her home surrounded by her family. Born August 20, 1965 in Greer, SC, Lisa was a daughter of Donna Hughes Summey and James Holcombe. Lisa was a native of Greer, SC and was an insurance underwriter for State Auto and James Agency. Her love for the beach, sports, and music were undeniable. She was a wonderful, loving, and caring person who never stopped amazing her family and friends. Her unique sense of humor and take-charge attitude kept all of us in line and laughing. Willing to do anything for the ones she loved, we never doubted how much she loved and cared for us. She was a proud mother and grandmother. She will be missed every day by so many that loved her. Lisa is survived by: Her parents, Donna Summey and James Holcombe of Greer; son, Chase Dunn and his wife, Clarissa of Spring, Texas; daughter, Alex McKay and her husband, James of Roebuck. Grandchildren – Dexter and Teagan Dunn and Ryan McKay. Siblings Mark Holcombe, Matt Holcombe (Ali), Alice Anderson (Mike), and Katie Smith (Kevin). Lots of loving cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was predeceased by: Her grandparents, Lewis and Harriette Hughes Friends and family will gather together to honor Lisa on Thursday, April 1st from 5-7pm at Washington Baptist Church Fellowship Hall; 3500 SC-14, Greer, SC 29651. In lieu of flowers, the family respectively requests memorials be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network at www.pancan.org.
