Mary Fowler Lawson

Spartanburg, SC – Mary Fowler Lawson, 96, passed away on Sunday, October 22nd, 2023. She was born on February 8th, 1927 in Spartanburg, SC, to the late Frank and Clara Mae Fowler. She is survived by her two daughters; Sandra Good and Kathy Owings, four grandchildren; Randall Lawson (Amy), Brian Lawson (Karen), Tracy Yarborough, Tammy Allison (Shawn), thirteen great-grandchildren; James Lawson, Kristen Lawson, Reese Lawson, Rhett Lawson, Kalyn Lawson, Brayden Lawson, Brianna League (Jordan Crumpton), Madison League, Landon Mullinax, McCarley McGuiness, Ariel Allison, Logan Allison, Noah Allison, and two great-great-grandchildren; Korra Lawson and Maddox Crumpton. She is also survived by a daughter in law, Lynn Lawson. She is preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Paul Lawson, son, Marvin Lawson, twin granddaughters, Tammy and Tonya Good, and her two sisters, Blanche McCarley and Ann Emery. Services will be on Friday, October 27th, with visitation starting at 2PM at The J. M. Dunbar Funeral Home. Service to follow at 3PM in the chapel, conducted by Rev. Roger Allison with music by Bobby Crisp and Paul Allison.
