Ralph Kenneth Owens

Boiling Springs, SC- Ralph Kenneth Owens, 81, husband of 63 years to Mary Jean Bruce Owens, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 31, 2021. Ken was born September 1, 1940 in Inman, SC. He was an engineer with Bush Hog, Inc., retiring as Quality Engineer after 25 years of service. Ken also retired from Draper-Rockwell International after 25 years of service. He was a Master Mason and Deacon for many years. Ken loved his family, especially his wife. In addition to his wife, Jean, he is survived by his daughters, Robin Tapp Ward (Steve) and Vickie Owens; grandchildren, Brandon Tapp (Jessica), Jason Tapp (Rachel), Nathan Tapp (Brandy), Jon Eddy, and Kyle Eddy (Jade); seven great grandchildren, Hailey Jean, Bryce, Dominick, Skylar, Mason, Baylee, Daxton Tapp; and his siblings, Earline, Melba, John, and Clyde, Jr. Ken was predeceased by sons, Jeffery Ken Owens and Jeremy Bruce Owens; and siblings, Clifford, Steve, Neil, Irene, and Leland. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, November 3rd, 2:00PM in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, officiated by Pastor Scott Davis.
