Ronald James Raymond, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away peacefully on April 10, 2024, at the age of 76. Ron was born to Rudolph and Doris Raymond on December 31, 1947, in St. Albans, Vermont. He was a loving brother to his sister Donna and his two brothers, Earl and Al, who preceded him in death.

Ron graduated from the University of Arizona with an engineering degree and spent his career as a civilian for the U.S. Navy as an engineer, focusing on submarines and aircraft carriers. Ron spent the majority of his career at Headquarters in Washington, D.C.

It was through his career that Ron met the love of his life, Dreama. Together they raised 3 children- Matt, Erin, and Ed. But the greatest joy of Ron's life was being grandpa to his 3 grandchildren- John, Bailey, and Trevor.

Ron's pastimes included playing the piano and singing, golfing, and armchair quarterbacking for the Redskins and the Yankees. He was a voracious reader and was never without a book. He will be sorely missed by all, especially by his dog, Dolly.
