Ruby Howell Randall

Ruby Howell Randall, 33, of Roebuck, SC passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at home. She was born in Spartanburg, SC on November 11, 1990 to Joyce Cox and Douglas Edward Howell. 

Along with her parents, she is survived by her husband, Stephen J. Randall; children, Noah Stephen Cletus Randall and Nevaeh Marie Randall; brother, Christopher; and sister, Melissa.

No services are scheduled at this time.
