Samuel "Scott" Nichols

Samuel “Scott” Nichols of Seneca, SC passed away Saturday, August 9, 2025 at the age of 63. He was born in Spartanburg, SC on March 10, 1963 to the late Fred E. and Linda Hope Nichols.

Scott graduated from Dorman High School, Class of 1980. He was co-owner of Nichols and Hope Used Cars for many years, before eventually retiring from Lake Keowee Dodge. Scott loved the outdoors and spending countless hours playing golf.

He is survived by his son, Jeremy Nichols; daughter, Lindsay N. McElhinny; brother, Nick Nichols; and sister, Julie N. Hearn.

Memorial services will be 11:00 AM on Monday, August 18, 2025 at J. M. Dunbar Funeral Home, 690 Southport Road, Roebuck, SC 29376.
