Somchanh Kingsada

Somchanh Kingsada, 85, of Spartanburg, SC, loving husband of 65 years to Kingkeo Kingsada, passed away peacefully on September 4, 2025.

Born on January 1, 1940, in Laos, Somchanh was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose greatest joy was his family.

In addition to his beloved wife, he is survived by his son, Saysamone Kingsada, and his daughters: Nina Alvares (Greg), Jennifer Vallee (Steve), Chanthanom Munnicha (Khampheuy), Bobunalope Dejudom (Koy), and Vanoudome Lee (Xang); as well as several cherished grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Bounsy Mekdara and Somlith Mekdara, and his sister, Chanty Manivong.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM at J.M. Dunbar Funeral Home, 690 Southport Road, Roebuck, SC 29376.
