Steven O'Neil Seay

Steven O. Seay, 75, of Spartanburg, SC passed away Monday, November 24, 2025 after an extended illness. He was born on May 20, 1950 to the late Marjorie Barnette and Paul William Seay, Sr.

Steve was a member of First Baptist Spartanburg. He retired from Spartanburg Water System after over 20 years with the company. Steve loved walking nature trails, watching westerns and crime dramas, and a good cup of coffee, but most of all, Steve was a true family man. He was a devoted husband, loving father, and joyful grandfather.

He leaves behind his beloved wife of 53 years, Mary Ann Seay; daughters, Stephanie Greene (Chris), Vicki Walker (Bryan), and Rebecca Vereen (Ross); grandchildren, Alex Hu (Gracie), Marybeth Vereen, and Amy Vereen; and sister, Linda Clippard. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Paul William Seay, Jr.

Private services will be held in Heritage Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to In Touch Ministries or to The Christian Broadcasting Network 700 Club.
