William “Craig” Kirkland (Luba) of Moore was called home to be with the Lord on December 28, 2022. He was born on May 18, 1955 in Spartanburg S.C. and was the middle son to Harvey W. Kirkland and the late Bobbie Jean Kirkland. He was a beloved son, father, friend and most of all, grandfather.

Craig graduated Dorman High School in 1973, then attended USC Upstate and Spartanburg Community College before working his career at the family business of W.N.Kirkland, Inc. He was a Master Plumber and transitioned into HVAC where he installed many different types of industrial mechanical systems for over 40 years. He was also a very skilled metal worker. He enjoyed studying and reading the history of American wars and battles.
